Announcements
It definitely is a powderlicious Monday, the 7th of April here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Mother Nature has dropped 8 inches of yummy white powder in the past 24 hours and it's still dumping outside! In the past 48 inches, the mountain received 10 inches, giving us a 7 day total of 26 inches of new snow-spring skiing at its finest! With the snow coming to an end throughout the middle of the day, temperatures will reach a perfect 39 degrees. Partly cloudy skies are expected for tomorrow as well, with temperatures making it to the upper 30's.

While making your way down the 95 inch base, which has incredible powder conditions today, take your pick from the 101 trails that are open, which are dispersed on the 1052 skiable acres. Twelve chairlifts will be spinning today, where no matter what seat you choose you'll have a magnificent view. Although Twister Lift will be closed this week, it will reopen for the final weekend. Gold Link, Teocali Lift and Peachtree are closed for the remainder of the season.

As the days become longer, so should yours! Have a seat at the many apres ski bars and restaurants located throughout the mountain. Some include Butte 66, Atmosphere Restaurant located in the Elevation Hotel, and
Trackers, which is located in the Lodge at Mountaineer Square. All include phenomenal drinks and food with a friendly and fun atmosphere. Make your ski day even better by ending it with a satisfied tummy and a quenched mouth!

What a great way to start the last Monday of the ski season! Call in sick, take an extra long lunch break, do whatever you can to make sure you ski or ride Crested Butte Mountain Resort today!
