Good morning skiers and riders! This is your Friday the 13th snow report for Crested Butte Mountain Resort! Did you know that fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskavedekatriaphobia? Well, I guarantee that today you'll be having yourself a good time on 1250 acres of fantastic terrain! With packed powder conditions and a remarkable 66 inch base, you're sure to have an unforgettable day! One hundred percent of the Mountain is open, giving you access to 104 diverse and exciting trails, 67 of which have been groomed to perfection! We've had over a foot of snow in the last week and there are still plenty of powder stashes to be found! Our DC Superpipe was freshly cut overnight making it the groomer's choice for today!
You can expect to see cloudy skies today, with temperatures reaching the mid 30's. Snow is in the forecast with a 40% chance of precipitation. It looks like skies will open up once more tomorrow and we should be enjoying a beautiful, sunny Saturday. We've got calm winds and partly cloudy skies outside as the day breaks and it is currently 25 degrees.
