Good Morning and Happy Saturday to all you skiers and riders out there! This is your Crested Butte Mountain Resort snow report for March 21st. It's shaping up to be a fantastic day here on the slopes Crested Butte! Currently, 15 lifts are up and running giving you access to 1250 acres of some of the best terrain on the planet!! Our hard working grooming teams have buffed out 62 trails of "Colorado's Best Corduroy" for you to enjoy. We've had a great season so far, with over 268 inches of snowfall. Our natural snow depth is 56 inches and we've got beautiful spring conditions on the Mountain today! It looks like we will be enjoying partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the high forties. Don't forget to take a run down Upper Keystone because it is our groomer's choice for today!

Be sure and head up to the Mountain today and check out day two of the 12th Annual US Telemark Extreme Championships! You'll be amazed when over 100 free-heelers hit the slopes to compete in this 2 day, big mountain event. The Telemark Extreme Championships attracts some of the biggest names in the telemark industry and is completely unique to the slopes of Crested Butte. Also, if you are a telemark skier, come enjoy FREE telemark demos, or sign up for a specialty clinic happening this weekend! If you are not familiar with telemak skiing, then come up and see some of the best tele skiers around, rip it up on the slopes. Don't forget that the event will culminate with the legendary Al Johnson Race where skiers dress in outrageous costumes and make their way down the extreme slopes of Crested Butte. For more information, contact the events department at 349 2217 or check out the links on our website.

Have you had a chance to check out any of the IZ Style Winter Tour? It's a fantastic event that will enable you to take a stand, have some fun, and learn how you can help the environment! Tonight, don't miss the Tea Leaf Green at 7 pm at The Lodge at Mountaineer Square! Cost is $15 at the door and the proceeds from the performance will benefit the Red Lady Coalition! This tour also features the Reverb Eco Village including local, regional and national environmental non-profit groups alond side alternate energy and transportation exhibits. The eco village also includes all natural organic food sampling, as well as free ski and snowboard demo's. So come up and have some fun and learn how all of us can take part in helping our environment!

Have a wonderful day everyone and we look forward to seeing you on the slopes!
