I love to see fresh snow falling on the slopes of Crested Butte, and that is exactly what the weather experts are predicting will be happening today! One inch has already stacked up in the last 24 hours and we should see more snowfall today, with a 70% chance expected! Start your weekend off right by coming up and riding any one of 15 lifts. We've got 1144 total acres of terrain open, for your skiing and riding pleasure! Today you'll have your choice of 111 exciting trails, all spread out across a magic, 54 inch base. Sixty four of those powder packed trails have been groomed, and our hard working groomers have chosen Paradise Bowl as their choice for best groomed run on the Mountain today! We've got clear skies as the day breaks and temperatures are expected to reach the high twenties. There is always room for improving your skills on the Hill, so while you are enjoying the beautiful weather today, why not take a lesson with one of Crested Butte Mountain Resort's award-winning instructors? Their expertise and local knowledge will give you the right tips and insight to take your skiing or riding to the next level.
