6 inches of fresh new snow in the last 24 hours, and 12 in the last 48 hours. The base at the top is 34 inches, with 27 at midway. Currently it is 24 degrees and calm. Today we expect high temperatures around 30, with snow accumulation of 4-7 inches, with 4-8 more inches of powder tonight. Saturday should bring an additional 1-3 for our first major event of the season!!! JEEP King of the Mountain series features locals competing against 32 of the world’s best skiers and snowboarders to earn a spot in the Professional Skiing and Snowboarding Championships. Registration begins today and the event kicks off tomorrow, Saturday December 3rd.
