Good Morning all you skiers and riders out there! It's another beautiful day on the slopes of Crested Butte Mountain Resort! Good news! We've got a 100% chance of snow today and Mother Nature is already dumping her white gold on us! Snow is in the forecast for the next two days and we couldn't be happier! Today, skiers and riders can expect calm winds, with temperatures in the mid thirties. Sounds like a perfect day to get on up to the Mountain and enjoy the fantastic terrain that CBMR is famous for. We've got 110 beautifully groomed acres ready to go, with five lifts open and 14 magic trails for you to carve! We are so proud of the tremendous efforts of our grooming and snowmaking teams. They have been working around the clock, keeping those snowmaking guns fired up so that you have more terrain to ski and ride. And Folks, they've done it again! This morning the Upper Canaan and Ruby Chief Runs will be open for your shredding pleasure! Don't forget to tell your friends that Test Ride Crested Butte is happening right now and will continue through Saturday December 15th. What's so special about Test Ride Crested Butte you may ask? I'll tell you. Skiing and riding is 100 percent, absolutely and positively, FREE! It's a great time to learn how to ski or snowboard on our Kids' and Adult magic carpets. Check with CB Mountain Schools for great deals on lessons for the whole family! While you are up here, don't miss the opportunity to try out the Atmosphere Restaurant located in the Elevation Hotel and Spa. Atmosphere is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with new, delicious tasty treats. The ski-in, ski-out location is convenient anytime of the day when you need to warm up or "chill out"!
