Wow! What a blast we've been having with all the new snow that we received over the weekend! The skiing and riding has been out of this world! We're happy to report that we received three more inches in the last 24 hours! Doesn't that just put a big smile on your face? More terrain is opening up DAILY and the Silver Queen Chair Lift is now running. That means we've got a total of 6 lifts operating and 31 beautifully groomed trails open for you to come and ski and ride! Clear sunny skies are predicted over the next few days with temperatures remaining in the upper thirties. Clouds will start to increase by Thursday and we may be seeing a bit more of that beautiful white powder that we all love so much. Keep your fingers crossed and pray for more snow! It looks like today's weather will be sunny and clear with calm winds and temperatures in the upper thirties. We've got packed powder conditions and a snow depth of 27 inches. It really doesn't get any better than that! Come up and enjoy all the new terrain that has been opening and experience "Colorado's Best Corduroy" for yourself, right here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort! Have you been to the General Store yet? It's in the Treasury Center and it is stocked with eclectic art and keepsakes created by local artists and craftsmen that embody the Crested Butte style. Throughout Ski FREE, CB mountain schools will be offering reduced rates on their "Never-Ever lessons, skiing workshops, snowboard workshops, telemark workshops, ski racing workshops and Kids' ski and snowboard lessons. Paradise is open every day at 9 am, serving up all your favorite grill items. What could be better than a cheeseburger in Paradise?? The pizza is fresh and hot and the trademark Spinach Bavarian Soup is just enough to warm your next adventure on the mountain. The deck is open for a quick break or a long social lunch!
