Announcements
Jolly old Mr. Snowman brought us some more fabulous snow last night. That's right he gave us about two inches of fluffy new snow over the past 24 hours. On this partly cloudy day with chance of snow and highs in the upper 20's, choose from one of the 13 lifts open, including the North Face lift, which opens today!! No matter where you are seated, you'll always have a magnificent view. Greens and blues are groomed everynight and since Crested Butte has Colorado's Best Corduroy, it's really something to get excited about!

In addition to the 100% of the beginner and intermediate terrain that is open, as well as 100% of the advanced terrain that is open, the NORTH FACE LIFT will be opening today to add to your extreme skiing and riding pleasure, and will give you access to runs such as Avery, Bellview, Rachels, Pinball and the Glades!!

Take your pick from one of the 92 runs open, including a DC jib park, where you can test your limits on one of the rails or boxes located on Warming House Hill. You won't have to wait much longer to see how much air you can get, as snowmakers and groomers are working hard at opening both the DC Superpipe and Terrain Park. Stay tuned...

You all know that the holidays are just around the corner, but do you realize that means only a few shopping days left?!?! Nobody wants to cut their skiing or riding short. But don't fret, the shops located throughout the base of the mountain including the General Store, where you can pick up anything from antiques for your parents to fleeces and t shirts for your siblings and Colorado Boarder, where you can outfit your entire family (and of course yourself) are open until at least 5 o'clock! This leaves you enough time to cruise the mountain all day, pick up some gifts for friends and family AND satisfy your taste buds with a happy hour drink and appetizer from Butte 66. Now that's a perfect day on the slopes!

More snow is in the forecast for the next couple of days. Get that shopping done and come ski and ride some of Colorado's best snow and meet some great people while you're out here too!
