The snow has arrived in a very big way, and Ski Season is in full swing! Crested Butte Mountain Resort has excellent conditions for skiers of any ability - the deep powder is there for the taking and the groomers are running nightly laying down Colorado's best corduroy on many green and blue runs.

Well folks, it's another powerlicious day here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. As the snow continues to fall I'm ecstatic to report that we've already received 6 inches of new snow in the past 24 hours! Expect to see temperatures remain in the upper teens with the possibility of even more snow for the rest of the day. Things are looking pretty good here on the mountain!
Ski or board your heart out on the 62 inch base made by the fluffiest white snow you can get your edges on! 100% of the mountain is open including 1177 skiable acres, 480 of which are groomed and 16 lifts for your winter riding pleasure!
Weren't ready for these unbelieveable snow conditions and don't think you have the right gear? Head on up to the Crested Butte Mountain Resort Rental Shop located in lower level of the Treasury Center. There you can find the perfect ski to fit your skiing ability and desire. The rental shop carries the lastest demo skis from a variety of popular ski companies. Don't worry jibbers, they have a plethora of boards as well! See what you're missing out on and with prices like theres, you have nothing to lose!
