Good morning all you skiers and riders! It's a beautiful Sunday here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort! We've got partly cloudy skies outside as the day breaks and temperatures should reach the low thirties. We received no new snow in the last 24 hours, but the forecast is calling for a hundred percent chance of snow tomorrow. So get ready because you could be skiing more powder as your week gets under way! It's currently 13 degrees here with partly cloudy skies and calm winds. We have a natural snow depth of 66 inches and the surface conditions on the Mountain today will be packed powder. All lifts are running and 100 percent of the terrain is open. Four hundred and eighty acres have been groomed overnight and our groomers choice for today is International. Been a skier all your life and want to try something new and adventurous? Why not take a snowboard lesson with CB Mountain Schools! Their talented and professional instructors are happy to teach you all you need to know to get you on your way to becoming a great rider! Not really interested in snowboarding? Then why not make the most of your ski vacation and take a lesson to improve your skills. CB Mountain Schools provides first class instruction for all levels.
