Well folks, it’s going to be another unbelievable day at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. On this wicked nice Wednesday, the 13th of February, enjoy 100% of the best terrain you can point your skis or snowboard down including 1177 skiable acres, 480 of which are groomed, and 16 lifts that give you access to 106 terrific trails. Temperatures will be in the mid 30’s with sunny skies, but don’t get too used to this weather as snow is on its way starting tonight. Another memorable weekend is well in the works! What’s even more exciting is the fact that so far this year, Crested Butte has already received 300 inches of snow, and it’s only February! With all this snow, make sure you’re righly equipped with the proper clothing and gear. Head on down to any of the retail shops located at the base of Mt. Crested Butte where they have options galore on the latest jackets, pants, goggles, gloves and more that are sure to not only keep you warm and dry but make you look fly too. Hey, Valentine's Day is tomorrow, why not pick up something for that special someone while you're at it?! It’s that time of year again. The time of year for sweethearts and lovers! If you’re one of those couples getting hitched soon, the Wedding Show is the place you want to be this Saturday, the 16th of February. The Crested Butte Chamber will be hosting the 6th Annual Wedding Show, which will include free samples, local musicians, raffle drawings and Crested Butte’s slew of wedding experts. Stop on by the Lodge at Mountaineer Square from 2-5 pm this Saturday and check out all the local businesses and services that are available to you. Sunny skies, wonderful soft snow, and runs for all types of skiers and riders! Cozy up with your sweetheart and give him or her a Valentine’s Day to remember!
