Announcements
Although I cannot report any new snow overnight, I can report that this Tuesday, March 25th is going to be

nothing but spectacular! Skies will remain crystal clear and temperatures will reach the mid 50's, you can’t ask for a more perfect spring day! Crested Butte has received more than 30 feet of snow this year already, giving us a yummy 85 inch base to play around in. Don’t forget to put on your sunscreen as you’re riding up one of the 16 chair lifts open, which give you access to 106 unique and exciting trails spread out across 1177 acres. If it’s groomers you’re after, you’re in luck because the hard working groomers make sure every green and blue run has that perfect corduroy for you to make your flawless turns down.

The sun is out, the lifts are spinning and the grills are smoking! Take a break at many of the outdoor seating areas serving food and drinks including Butte 66 Roadhouse, which has killer BBQ food and cold drinks to help hydrate. The Atmosphere Restaurant located in the Elevation Hotel has both indoor and outdoor seating, with a full service menu that includes anything from fresh buffalo chili to your always
delicious burger. If you’re up on the hill and ready to take a break, there’s Paradise Warming House with seating both indoors and outdoors as well and the always popular Ice Bar, where you can indulge in a delicious cocktail while watching skiers and riders from your very own ice-made bar stool. A full service menu is also available. Remember eat early or eat late to avoid the mid day rush!

It’s time to make plans to come out and join in on the fun and Crested Butte Mountain Resort is offering two great deals for the spring season. From March 24 to the last day of the season, April 13, present your pass from any other ski resort at the Crested Butte ticket office and get ½ price lift tickets. Passholders can also receive 10-15% off lodging booked through Crested Butte Vacations. For lodging and lift ticket packages, call 1-800-810-7669. Our second, unbeatable deal for the spring is the Last Chance lodging special, running from March 31 to April 13. If you’ve saved the best for last, and you’re looking for great snow, low prices, warm weather and a slew of end of the season parties, then you won’t be able to turn down the Last Chance special. Get two nights of lodging at the luxurious Grand Lodge Hotel and two days of lift tickets from $109 per person per night. At the Grand Lodge, you’ll dine in the Woodstone Grill, serving up the best brunch in town every day and featuring dinner menu items like pecan crusted Colorado lamb chops, and hickory smoked roadhouse style back ribs. The Grand Lodge also features a heated pool, hot tub, Starbucks coffee shop and the best spa in town- the Wildflower Spa. Sounds enticing, doesn’t it? Learn more
