Special Announcements
The snow continues to fly here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort with another 2 inches on the ground in the last 24 hours, giving us 5 inches in the past 48 hours and just under two feet in the past week! It’s time to grab your gear and head to the slopes today, Saturday, February 28, 2015, to enjoy fresh pow shots on all 978 acres of terrain currently available, 310 of which have been laid out to the “Best Corduroy in Colorado” by our professional grooming staff. 14 lifts are spinning this morning to offer up lap after lap of powder turns on 94 diverse trails that are all blanketed in a super soft 49 inch base. If you’re looking to carve the best corduroy on the hill, point your tips toward Bushwacker, our groomer’s choice run of the day! If you’re an expert skier, then be sure to grab your beacon to get first dibs on some sick face shots on the newest 40 acres of expert terrain that opens today, Teocalli Bowl 2. The new insane terrain opens up at 9 am and the first 50 people with beacons will be making first tracks! Teo Bowl 2 can be accessed by taking the High Lift.
