Be sure to check out the Basecamp demo tents in the base area of the resort today and tomorrow. To top it off, Backcountry Magazine is donating the demo gear for a raffle to benefit the Crested Butte Ski Patrol (CBSP) dogs and the Crested Butte Avalanche Center. Raffle tickets are available for purchase through the Crested Butte Ski Patrol at East River or Patrol Headquarters. 1 ticket for $10 or 3 for $25 or 5 tickets for $35 and the drawing will be held at a free concert on Saturday night at Butte 66 at 4 p.m. with CJ Conway. Winners can pick up their raffle prizes from the Basecamp demo tent on Sunday, March 15.

Want to learn your way around the mountain like a pro?  Join us on our free intermediate guided tour of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Tours meet daily at 10 a.m. next to the Waffle Cabin and last about 2 hours. Grab your friends and family and enjoy a local’s instruction to  “paradise”.
