Awake, my snow sport enthusiast friends, to another amazing day at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. This Friday, March 27, 2015 brings you fantastic snow conditions, thanks to the 5 inches of powder we’ve seen in the past 5 days, and beautiful sunny skies with temps in the 50’s. It’s shaping up to be a terrific day to grab the gear, sunscreen included, and head to the hill where 14 lifts are waiting to take you to 86 fun filled trails, 42 of which have been smoothed out to the best corduroy in Colorado, and all of which are covered in a 45 inch base. Fun awaits all skill levels as over 900 acres of diverse terrain is available and if carving up some of the best groomed turns on the hill is what you love most, look no further than Houston, our groomer’s top pick run of the day.

It’s time to shake a leg once more to some live apres ski music belted out by none other than Chuck Grossman who’s genres include blues, bluegrass, funk folk, rock, swing, jazz, and classical. Chuck has a unique way of putting his own spin on some great classics providing exceptional entertainment! Head on over to the Butte 66 from 3pm - 6pm today and check him out! Bust out your vintage threads, it's time for KBUT's annual Soul Train night! Tonight, DJ Triple L will treat a packed house to an unforgettable night of disco, soul & funk at Butte 66 in Mt. CB. Partiers will dance the night away and countdown to send off Grand Traverse athletes at midnight. As always, the evening will culminate with the crowing of the 2015 King & Queen of Soul. Don't miss the Valley's best dance party of the year! Tickets - $15 @ the door. There’s no time to waste.
