Go big or go home! Today Big Mountain Competitors will compete on Crested Butte’s legendary extremes in the finals of the 4 Star World Qualifier Event. These athletes will compete on Staircase. So head over to the bottom of Staircase to cheer these athletes on as they huck cliffs, ski fast, and put on a show!
Celebrate legendary moonshiner Uley Scheer’s birthday today at Uley’s Cabin 12 – 3 pm. There will live music, a chance to win great prizes, a photo booth, cinnamon rolls, awesome drink specials, and a costume contest!

Rise and shine rock stars! This spring skiing in February may just be my new favorite thing! Today, February 28, 2016 will be another glorious sunny day here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort! We are looking at a high temperature of 39 scorching degrees! Get out early and enjoy our 55 groomed trails or start a little later and shred around on some soft slushy snow on all 1091 acres of our open mountain! But no matter what, check out Upper Keystone, this corduroy will be the best!
