Want to meet some women skiers? Join the new Women’s Tips on Tuesdays clinic. Come ski with like-minded women to get some ski tips, followed by tipping a glass of wine at our new Umbrella Bar. This is a women’s specific Ski School session, which is guided by our top women pros. Sessions will go from 1:30pm to 3:30 and will conclude with an après glass of wine, or non-alcoholic beverage, which is included in the session price for $65. This product is for skiing levels 3-7 and is designed to be specific for women wanting guides, instruction, and a great skiing atmosphere. Please call (970) 349-2211, or go to the Adventure Center ticket office to sign up. Today is the last one of the season! Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s snowshoe tour is a unique way to experience the majestic surroundings of the valley. Tours explore areas of the mountain where few skiers go. Participants learn about the history of the area and qualities of the local ecosystem. Tours last about two and a half hours and include a guide, snowshoes, poles, a lift ride, water, and a light snack. Tours leave at 12:30 p.m. daily. Rise and shine for the last Tuesday of the season. It seems as though Mother Nature is a bit confused about when to dump the snow and is going to unload up to a foot in the next few days. Spring skiing conditions will just have to wait and you will have to break out those powder skies yet again! Make your way around our 1091 glorious acres of pristine skiing. Carve your way down all 54 of our groomed trails. And most importantly, head over to Cascade, to get the best corduroy of the day!
