Winter has returned here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and we couldn’t be more excited to report 9 inches of new snow in the last 24 hours. Today is Tuesday, February 28, 2017 and Old Man Winter is back! Our season total snowfall has surpassed our average of 300 inches per year and we still have six more weeks of winter! Enjoy 121 trails spread out over 1,547 acres of open terrain. Have fun celebrating Fat Tuesday by skiing and riding fat powder!

Find great food and drink specials going on around the resort in celebration of Mardi Gras! Then head downtown at 5 pm for the Mardi Gras parade! Be sure to dress up in your best green, purple and yellow and keep an eye out for the Crested Butte Mountain Resort float. End your evening by rocking out to Black Ice Drive at the Eldo!
