Good morning and welcome to what is expected to be a sunny Sunday on the slopes of Crested Butte Mountain Resort, where temperatures will reach the upper 40’s today. Don’t forget your sunscreen as you hop aboard any of the 15 lifts open, guiding you to 117 trails spread across 1400 skiable acres. Join us this afternoon for the Final Town Race Series sponsored by Alpine Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine right here at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Take on your friends and family in the Giant Slalom race on Buckley for the ultimate bragging rights around town. Wear your baggies, lycra or your best costume and get ready for an exciting afternoon of prizes, raffles and more! Registration for this free event begins at 12:30 pm, with the race beginning at 2:00 pm.
